Delivery Information

We're a family run 'husband and wife' business with a small workshop at our home in Sheffield, we make everything to order, so please allow us at least 5 working days to make your product and then 2-3 working days for delivery once dispatched. 

We'll aim to give you plenty of updates by email as to the status of your order - when the couriers have collected it and it’s on it’s way to you. Once it’s with the couriers we'll send you tracking information via the email address used to place your order. 

Our couriers normally deliver the next working day (we use Evri for small orders, and DPD or DHL for larger ones), but on the odd occasion delays happen when in transport and it may take an extra day due to bad traffic, weather conditions etc... You should get an update from the courier if this is the case. 

We'll always do our best to reduce production and delivery times and to get your products to you as soon as possible.

If you need your order in a hurry, please Contact Us BEFORE placing your order and we'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can get it to you faster than the timescales above. We're unable to guarantee this will always be possible but we'll always do our best.
