Our products
Our quality eco-friendly wooden wall decor and gifts are made in our workshop in Rotherham, near Sheffield. We use sustainable Birch Plywood or solid Pine, and eco-friendly paints and stains.
Our design ethos is to keep things uncomplicated, giving our designs a contemporary, simple and minimalistic feel.
The layers of plywood we use show through the engraving, accentuating the text to make each wooden piece stand out.
- Our manufacturing process starts by taking a sheet of FSC certified birch plywood or solid pine, checking it for any imperfections, and then hand paint it with 2 coats of eco-friendly Thorndown stain
- Once it’s fully dry, we put it on our CNC machine which does the magic work of cutting out the boards and engraving the words into the plywood.
- We then finish it by hand - carefully sanding your artwork, making sure all the sides and corners are nice and smooth. We then drill a keyhole in the back so that you can put it up on your wall.
- Finally we package everything in completely plastic free packaging, and our friendly courier comes and picks it up and it magically finds its way to your door. Voila!
We use Thorndown® paints, meaning that you can see the lovely grain of wood through the paint or stain. We currently have a range of 12 beautiful colours - have a look at our colour guide to see which you’d prefer for your decor.
All of our wooden products are made to order, with lots of the work being done carefully by hand. Whilst you’ll normally receive your art much sooner, please allow a maximum of 5 working days for your order to be made and up to three working days for delivery.
