Not got your wedding venue booked or not sure of all the details you would like on your wedding sign yet? But you know would like to order one of our wonderful wedding signs?
No problem! You can now 'pre-order' your wedding signs right here.
All you need to do is pop in the date of your wedding in the form below (or a rough date of when you're planning to get married), and then we will send you a special voucher code to come back to our website and order your sign from our website (at no further cost) on the run up to your big day.
By that time you're more likely to know all your details that make your artwork unique to you
Choosing this option also allows you to 'lock in' the current prices so you'll be protected from any future price increase - and it also ticks another thing off your wedding planning list, so it's one less thing to worry about!
We're a family run business with a small workshop and we make everything to order, so please allow us 5 working days to make and dispatch your order and 7-10 working days for delivery.
If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order and we'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can get it to you faster than the timescales above. We're unable to guarantee this will always be possible but we'll always do our best.
We'll aim to give you plenty of updates by email as to the status of your order - when we've started making it and when the couriers have collected it and it’s on it’s way to you. Once it’s with the couriers we'll send you tracking information via the email address used to place your order.
Our couriers normally deliver the next working day, but on the odd occasion delays happen when in transport and it may take an extra day due to bad traffic, weather conditions etc... You should get an update from the courier if this is the case.
We'll always do our best to reduce production and delivery times and to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Updated July 2022- Once we receive your pre-order, you will be emailed a unique voucher code which can only be redeemed on our website by you for 100% of the value of one of our 'Order of the Day' or 'Welcome to our Wedding' signs.
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your pre-order before you place your final order, we will happily give you full refund if you let us know within 6 months of your pre-order date.
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your pre-order before you place your final order, we will happily give you 75% refund if you let us know between 6 and 12 months of your pre-order date.
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your pre-order before you place your final order, we will happily give you 50% refund if you let us know after 12 months of your pre-order date.
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after we have produced any 'proofs' (3D or Black and white) of your personalised design, then we will happily refund 25% of your order total.
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order after manufacturing has begun, then unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refund.
- The price you pay for your pre-order is indicative of current prices (at the time you place your order). As long as we receive all the details we need to draft and make your sign within 12 months of your pre-order, we promise we will not charge any additional fees should the cost of your chosen design go up between now and then. Please note that the voucher code we will send is only valid for 12 months.
- If your voucher code is close to expiring (or has already expired), and you’re still not in a position to place your final order, then drop us a line by email and we will send you a new code to use. Please note we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if our prices have increased since you placed your original pre-order.
- Depending on your requirements, there may be further charges for services such as custom colours and bespoke design work, but we will always let you know of these in advance and before we start work on your design.
- Any additional fees are required to be paid before manufacture begins.
